Our proposal
On the Kerguelen archipelago in the southern hemisphere, the albatross population is declining. That’s why French ornithologist Henri Weimerskirch has devised a device that proves the responsibility of industrial fishing. Albatrosses are being killed by longliners, boats that drag hundreds of kilometres of fishing line behind them.
Our work
In our report, we personified a pair of albatrosses. After their long migration around the South Pole, the male is waiting in vain for his partner, who has been killed by a fishing boat.
